Privacy Audits

At the request of the Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner and the Office of the Auditor General conducted an audit of Alberta Registries. This Audit was published in April 1998.

The Audit aimed to summarize business issues and risks to be managed in light of changes to the administration of Alberta Registries and implementation of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Audit resulted in 21 recommendations.
