On April 25, 2001, the Health Information Act came into force.

A copy of the Act and the Regulations are available in pdf format on this website.

In the event of a discrepancy between the electronic version of the Act or Regulations and the paper version of the Act or Regulations available through the Queen's Printer, the paper version is considered to be the authoritative reference.
