What do I do if I have made a request under HIA and my health care provider doesn’t respond?

The HIA gives custodian 30 days to respond to your request under the Act. If 30 days have elapsed and you have not yet received a response from the custodian, you may contact the Information and Privacy Commissioner to request that he review the custodian’s failure to respond.
